We are greedy for feedback; we listen to comments at exhibitions; we pick up the phone and ask questions; we use our products ourselves.

What we hear is fed into an area within Super Rod called "The Play Pen" manned by staff dedicated to improvement and innovation. This is the place where ideas are tinkered with and where products are born.

To help we have a Forum Group made up of volunteer installers from several industries who feed us with ideas and who feld test products before release.
